What if the Dinosaur that shows up on Google's browser when there's no internet didn't feel like jumping? It could avoid hitting things by moving left and right, couldn't it?

Install instructions
This is a Game Boy Advance game. To play the game, download the ROM and open it using a GBA emulator. If you don't already have one, I recommend downloading mGBA for the computer.
